I am not near you.  How do I get my game to my house?      All games are shipped by motorfreight carrier (semi truck).  The motorfreight carrier picks up the game from our shop and brings it to your house.  They will deliver the game to your driveway.  There are companies that will offer a "premier" service to deliver your game inside your house for you.  You may ask your sales associate for a quote on this.  It generally takes at least 24 hours to get a quote for premier service.    After your shipment leaves our dock, we can call you with the "pro" or tracking number for that game, and a phone number for the destination terminal in your area.  You can then call them to make sure everything is on track with your delivery (times, liftgates, etc.).  If you have any trouble, you give us a call and we can help you.

What is a liftgate? And why do I want one?   Most residences and some business are not equipped with a loading dock (a truck height place to load/unload).  Because games are very heavy you will need the liftgate to make sure that you don't damage the game getting it off the truck.  The liftgate provides a way to get the game from the truck to the ground.  See the photo below.  Click on the image for a larger view.

How do you package my game?  We cardboard, shrinkwrap, then metal band your machine to a pallet.  See photo below for an example.  We put fragile stickers on every side of your game. Click on the photo to see a larger image.

Where can you ship to?   We ship motorfreight to 50 states and Canada.  We can also ship internationally.  We can get national quotes for your right away, international quotes take two to three days.

How long does it take to get my game?  Once we have received payment, we will process your order for delivery. Some games require more time due to the amount of refurbishing than others so each sale is custom and your sales associate will give you an estimate on the length of time for your game to be ready.  Once your game is ready to ship, it will take approximately 5 days or less for shipping in the continental United States and Canada.  Delivery is not available on the weekend.  

What kind of warranty do I get?  We offer a 30 day warranty on all used games.  All new games come with the manufacturer's warranty which is usually one year.  Our service technicians are here to assist you with any technical problems or questions you may have regarding your purchase.

What happens if my game breaks after the warranty has expired?   Please continue to call us for all of your technical and game questions as long as you own the game.  Our technicians will be available to help you over the phone.  We have parts in stock, and can ship components to you as needed.  Generally we can talk you through problems on the phone.  If a service call is required, we can help you find a technician in your area.

What does "like new" for a video game mean?  Typically, "like new" refers to TV monitors, power supplys, joysticks, buttons, control panel overlays, monitor bezels, marquees, coin doors, and in some instances, side art and new cabinets.  Again, because each order is custom, your sales associate can discuss the level of refurbishment to fit your needs.
